About this experience
Every new season invites fresh energy — a chance to pause, reflect, and realign. The Quarterly Soul-Centered Goal-Setting Workshop with Dr. Maxine is a guided experience designed to help you set meaningful, achievable goals rooted in self-awareness, balance, and intention.
Unlike traditional goal-setting sessions, this workshop blends mindful reflection, strategic planning, and spiritual alignment through the lens of the Soul-Centered Mental Wellness Model. You’ll leave feeling focused, empowered, and inspired — with a personalized plan that nurtures both achievement and inner peace.
This is more than a planning session — it’s a quarterly reset for your mind, body, and spirit.

Questions
Frequently asked
How is soul-centered coaching different from traditional therapy?
Therapy often focuses on treating mental health conditions and exploring the past. Our coaching focuses on soul-centered growth, identity strengthening, emotional clarity, and forward-moving transformation. We help you build wellness rather than treat symptoms, using practices rooted in mindfulness, self-connection, and spiritual grounding.
Do I need a particular belief system to benefit from soul-centered coaching?
No. Our work is spiritual, not religious. Our coaching honors all backgrounds and belief systems. We focus on inner connection and grounded personal growth.
What is your coaching cancellation policy?
We use a hybrid, grace-based policy — sessions may be rescheduled with advance notice, and while a structured policy is in place, we apply compassion and discretion when unexpected life events occur. Wellness requires accountability, but also understanding.
How do I get started?
You can begin by booking a discovery call, exploring our coaching tiers, or starting with one of our guided journals or wellness kits — whichever feels like the most aligned first step.
